Wuji Solutions, LLC ("Wuji Solutions," "we," or "us") respects the privacy of every person who visits our website or works with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us through the form on our website or by any other means, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message.

Client information. When we work with you, we receive information needed to deliver our services. This may include business documents, contracts, financial information, and details about your organization's operations.

Website information. Our website is hosted on Google Sites, and our contact form is provided by Tally. These services may automatically collect limited technical information, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, under their own privacy policies. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.

How We Use Information

We use information only to:

•    Respond to inquiries and communicate with you

•    Prepare proposals and deliver the services you request

•    Manage our business relationship with you, including billing and recordkeeping

•    Comply with legal and professional obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or client information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only when necessary to serve you, and only with:

•   Subcontractors who assist on an engagement and are bound by written confidentiality agreements

•   Service providers we rely on to operate our business, such as email, document storage, and website hosting

•   Advisors who engaged us on your behalf or whom you designate, such as your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or fractional executive, with your permission 

•   Insurance agents and brokers you select, with your authorization, solely to obtain quotes and coverage proposals 

•   Authorities, when required by law or legal process

Responsible Use of AI

We may use secure artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support our analysis. We use them as an aid to professional judgment, never as a replacement for it.

•   Every finding, recommendation, and deliverable is reviewed and approved by a Wuji Solutions consultant.

•   Client documents are reviewed only within our secure business systems, which operate under business terms that do not permit client data to be used to train AI models.

•   Before using any AI tool outside those systems, we remove names and other identifying information, and we use only services configured so that our data is not used to train AI models.

•   We do not use AI tools with information that a client's contracts or confidentiality agreements restrict.

•   Clients may ask that we not use AI tools on their engagement. We will honor that request without any effect on the quality of our service.

How We Protect Information

We protect information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including two-step verification, secure shared folders for client documents, access limited to the people working on an engagement, and the separation of each client’s information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any concern. 

How Long We Keep Information

We keep client information for as long as needed to complete an engagement and to meet legal, tax, and professional recordkeeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or return it. Clients may request the return or deletion of their materials at the end of an engagement, subject to those requirements.

Your Choices

You may ask us at any time to:

•      Tell you what information we hold about you

•      Correct information that is inaccurate

•      Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

•      Stop contacting you

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
